Our 3500 sq foot space was designed to artfully adapt to any creative requirement. Our custom modular risers easily move to create a multitude of proscenium, theatre in the round and interactive seating configurations.

The front of house living room where people truly want to congregate. Our 100 ft gallery wall was built with an easily customized hanging and lighting system to present the most refined work.

The Gracemoon “Underground” Salon is the perfect hideaway stage and refreshment bar for talkbacks, musical or comedy performances, readings, communal work space or simply serving lunch.

ENTIRE SPACE $3750 per Week.
THEATRE ONLY $3000 per Week
SALON $2000 per Week

The Salon remains available for rental when Theatre is rented on its own. We’ll do our best to minimize overlap in timing. The spaces will be separated by curtain.

A FULL LIGHTING GRID IS IN THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS. CURRENTLY LIGHTS ARE HUNG FROM STRUCTURAL BEAMS SURROUNDING THE STAGE. THERE IS CELING POWER.

INCLUDED:
3 FORZA 60C RGB LED Fresnels with Barn Doors (App + DMX controlled), SONY VX500 bluetooth Speaker, 42” LED TV on rolling stand. Tables, ladders, , stands, ceiling clamps, cabling.
